Parkour Anyone?

I have recently discovered parkour. This looks like a great way to get in shape, or seriously hurt yourself if you're not careful! But in any case it looks like fun, and might just be the right motivation for me to lose weight. I would like to find some groups in Virginia that participate in this activity.
