The instructor normally puts us into a really hard section and then allows a recovery period where our heart rate goes back down to 65% MHR (maximum heart rate). Today we had no recovery period. We maintained 75-85% MHR and I sweat like never before. They were doing cholesterol screening and I am at 152! I guess I am doing something right. Take care all.
