New routine!

Weight: 247.5

My current weight would be depressing if not for the fact that I was at 250 a week ago! I think I have settled into a new routine with the gym and exercise classes available to me. Here is the schedule I plan to keep. Anything that is taken in a class format will have class next to it in parantheses. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

Monday: Yoga 1 hr (class)
Tuesday: Spinning 45 min (class)
Wednesday: Treadmill 10-20 min, 30-40 Fitlinxx weightlifting machines
Thursday: Spinning 30 min, 15 min Pilates (class)
Friday: Treadmill 10-20 min, 30-40 Fitlinxx weightlifting machines

I will still walk occasionally too. It is very nice outside now. With the new facility I have acces to though, it would be a shame not to take advantage of it. Take care, Roger.
