Back in the saddle!

Well, it's been a long long time since I posted here. Don't know if anyone is reading this blog anymore, but I am back! I am jogging a 10K in March, and hope to lose a few pounds along the way. I'll be going to spinning classes twice a week, and jogging 3 times a week. I am trying to eat better as well, but not tryin to turn my diet upside down just yet!
