Three weeks already! Wow, this is a first for me I think. I usually give up on exercise after about 2 weeks. I am also encouraged by the fact that I didn't go up in weight. With the food I ate this week that is a miracle.
I wish I had a pic of the sunrises I have been seeing. There are some really cool scenes that I would like to capture.

WAY TO GO!!! Keep up the good work. You keep going like this and you will be at 200lbs by Thanksgiving!!
Actually I worked it out on the calendar. It looks like if I lose 2 lbs/week I will reach my goal January 4. I should have my iPod (the 25 lb reward) on Oct 12 though! That's not too far away.
